Mr. Graziano joined Palladium in 2015 and serves as a Vice President. Mr. Graziano serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies ALC and Kar’s Nuts, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Daniel's Jewelers and Spice World. Previously, he worked as an Analyst in the Investment Banking group at Duff & Phelps, where he worked on numerous M&A transactions primarily in the Consumer, Food and Retail sectors. Mr. Graziano graduated from New York University with a B.A. in Economics and from the University of Southern California with a Master of Accounting.
