Chief Customer Officer

Mike Illum serves as Chief Customer Officer for Second Nature Brands, where he is responsible for its sales, customer service, and customer marketing.

Mike has more than 25 years of senior-level sales experience with consumer-packaged-goods companies. Before joining Second Nature Brands, Mike served as Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing & R&D at Kettle Cuisine, a maker of fresh, premium soups, sauces, entrees, and other products for foodservice operators and grocery retailers. Mike previously served for nine years in various sales leadership roles at Campbell Soup Company, where he was SVP Sales and Chief Customer Officer at Bolthouse Farms. He also held leadership positions for Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. and Kraft Foods, where he spent more than 8 years.

Mike received his B.S., Business Administration from Thomas Edison State University. In addition, he is a Foundation Board Member for Thomas Edison State University. He has served on the Talent Committee for the Produce Marketing Association and a Fresh Foods Committee member for the Food Marketing Institute.
