Matt White serves as Chief Customer Officer for Second Nature Brands, where he is responsible for leading the Sales function including the internal direct sales team, external broker partners, sales strategy, revenue and trade management, category management and customer service. Matt has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the CPG industry, excelling in sales, commercial strategy, and transformational leadership. Before joining Second Nature Brands, Matt spent 7 years at Jack Link’s, Inc. as Senior Vice President, Sales and Commercial, where he built out the internal and external sales organizations, developed sales and commercial processes, launched the trade optimization and management system, and implemented strategic growth strategies for the $2B+ meat snacks brand. Prior to that, Matt held sales roles of increasing responsibility at Schwan’s Consumer Brands, Hillshire Brands (now Tyson) and Coca Cola.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a minor in Business Management from Northern Illinois University, and an MBA from DePaul University.
